Do you practice yoga or have you been curious about trying it?  I personally adore this form of exercise for so many reasons including that it is good for you from head to toe, literally. 

There are so many benefits to bringing yoga into your life.  And, despite the myth that you have to be flexible, ANYONE can do it!  Look, even wild animals and house pets think it’s a good idea.

Our feet change with age, so it’s not just ‘old age’ that brings normal foot pain?  The actual physical structure of our feet changes.  You may have heard that a pregnant woman’s foot arches flatten out from the added weight, but in actuality, this happens to all of us, without the extra weight!

Honey Foot Scrub

Hawaiian or any sea salt :1 cup

Honey: 1 teaspoon

Coconut or any oil: 3 table spoons

Mix all the ingredients and then rub them on your feet. Make sure you cover the achy spots too. You can even massage this preparation on your hands! Use warm water to rinse it off.
