Employee Spotlight

Congratulations to our Employee of the Quarter (EOQ): Janine Edsall!

 

  

Janine works in our billing department and was delighted to become our 1st EOQ of 2012.  She was chosen by her colleagues as the employee who went ‘above and beyond’ during the last quarter of 2011.  Needless to say, we are thrilled she is a part of our team at A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Center.

As with all awards, there usually involves a speech or interview, and I tortured Janine with the latter.  Don’t worry, I was nice and kept it short!  Here are Janine’s answers so you can get to know her a little better.

 

 

Q: How long have you worked at A Step Ahead?

A: I have been employed by A Step Ahead since April 18, 2007.

Q: What is your current position?

A: My current job position is a Billing Specialist.

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: I enjoy the people I work with.  It is a friendly and fun atmosphere. 

Q: What is your most memorable experience working at A Step Ahead?

A: My most memorable experience is when the doctors took all their employees to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico!

Q: When you’re not working, what do you enjoy doing with your free time?

A: When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Dave, and supporting his band ‘Audible Clique.’  I enjoy bowling and was invited to go to ‘Nationals’ in Reno, Nevada this year.  I enjoy our two dogs, Gibson and Daisy.  During the warmer months, my husband and I enjoy cruising in our ’66 Mustang convertible and riding our Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Q: If you won a million dollars, what would you do with it and why?

A: If I won a million dollars, I would take a break from reality.
